What Does Severe Pain On The Left Side Of The Penis Indicate?
I am having constant stabbing pain in the left side of the tip of my penis. i also have one white head pimple right above my anus. my anus hurts(no intching) and I sometimes feel shooting pains in my buttcheeks. i have a yellow discharge coming from my anus throughout the day. on 12/28/17 I was diagnosed with chlymadia but was treated for it. the last time I had sex was 01/26/2018 and was tested for herpes (IGG blood test HSV1 and HSV2) soon after because I had a red blotchy spot on my penis that would appear when i showered or masterbated and would disappear 15 mins later. anyways it came out negative. now 03/18/2018 im having the penis pain, anus pimple so my current doctor is checking for herpes again. the last time I had sex was 01/26/2018 so my question is does this sound like herpes? I don t have and haven t had any sores, bumps, flulike symptoms (basically no typical symptoms). thank you.
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I have reviewed your query & it looks like herpes. You need to get physically examined & get repeat STD tests done. Avoid sex as you may spread the infection to your partner. Take the prescribed medications without missing any dosage. Soak in warm sitz bath, if urination is painful you can apply Lidocaine cream to the urethra. Avoid tight clothing & take Tylenol & antivirals (Acyclovir).
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K.
