What Does Severe Pain Under The Right Armpit Indicate?

Hey, I was just messaging you as all the doctors I ve tried today are fully booked out. - I have an extremely painful area under my right armpit. It feels quite swollen and I ve had this for quite sometime now, But lately it has been become more and more painful. I left it for a while as I thought maybe it was a blond pimple coming up but it s been at least 4 months or longer and nothing has come outside the skin. It hurts mostly when I press on my armpit but still hurts when I m just doing daily things. Any idea on what this may be? Kind Regards -Kylie

hello,
pain under armpit may be due to:
swollen lymph nodes due to bacterial, fungal, and viral infections.
muscle strain.
breast cancer.
as you have swelling, cause of the discomfort may be a benign growth, but it should still be evaluated at the earliest.
