What Does Severe Pressure In The Rectum Indicate?

I had a bad time trying to sleep last night. Deep pressure in my rectum. Thought I had to go bad but nothing would come out. Finally very gritty hard small poop. When I wiped there was bright red blood. I have I B S but my lower back coxxyx is inflamed and very sore. Now I have liquid diarrheal. And lower abdominal cramping. Have had discomfort, burning and pressure all day. Help!!!

Dear sir, as u said it cld be IBS. kindly take soft foods in ur diet. more of Vegetables and fruits. if it's is suspected colonoscopy and biopsy mite be required to diagnose. kindly meet the gastroenterologist for the treatment of the problem
