What Does Severe Vomiting In A Child Indicate?
My 16 month old seems to have the stomach bug for the last 2 days. This morning she threw up twice after eating 2 crackers. She takes a few sips of G2 Gatorade then goes back to sleep. She s slept most of the day. She has not had a wet diaper since 8:30 am and it is now 4:30 pm. It s Saturday, should I take her to urgent care?

Based on the history you have shared, she needs to be reviewed by a pediatrician specially if output is low.
Also anti emetics like domperidone may be helpful.
Soft diet and fluid intake should be ensured.
