What Does Sharp Anal Pain While Passing Stool Indicate?

I went to the toilet 2 days ago in the morning. Everything was as usual however when I finished I noticed a sharp pain in my anus, almost as if there was still something up there - which there wasn't. Now I have a lump near the opening and wondering what it could be/what to do?

As you describe it appears to be the boil, at the opening of the anus. I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, serratiopeptidase , and diclofenac .
If it is cleared it is O.K. if not incision and drainase may be necesory.
