I am 31 yr old male. I was at work when I suddenly felt a sharp pain in my left lower abdomen. I then got really hot and started sweating. The pain was sever. At one point it was so intense I fell to my knees. It has now been about three hours. I m still in pain. And Ive thrown up stomach acid numerous times.
1. infection like amoeba, 2. bacterial infection liker E coli. or 3. an obstructive mass in the colon
Do Investigation of stool, full haemogramm to check if there is increase of white blood cells, occult blood test, urine test to rule out urine infection and cystitis, and CT scan of abdomen.
