What Does Sharp Pain Along With Swelling In The Foot Indicate?
I started with pain in my left foot and once in a while a sharp pain in my left leg then after a couple of months the pain is in both feet and my ankles started swelling, the swelling goes away by the next morning. but pain in feet are bad, hurts to walk and is not in the heel it can be on the top bottom in toes not always in same place. I have been in remission from sacroiditis for over 5 years. could this be a sign of my sacroiditis coming back, it was in my eyes at the time. I have been to a foot doctor, I don t think it plantifiactitis

It may be due to minor contusion to ligament injury.
As of now, you can take analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like Diclofenac/Serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
