What Does Sharp Pain Below The Collar Bone On The Right Side Indicate?

I have a shape pain just below my collar bone on the right side on my upper chest this happens when I bend forward.I have also been getting a lot of pins and needles in my right arm it feels heavy and the pins and needles are in my hand and my fingers when this happens my fingers feel like they are swollen and feel funny to bend the feeling in my arm and hand is mostly when am not using it sitting down or in bed it also happens sometimes in my left arm at night time

Since when you're suffering from above problem?

Possibilities of thoracic outlet syndrome that leads to compression of neurovascular bundle resulting tingling and numbness of arm. Other possibilities like a muscle spasm, infection, bone tumors or fracture. Until the examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
