What Does Sharp Pain In The Left Leg Indicate?

I am experiencing very sharp pains in my left leg. The pain happens every morning and last from 2 to 3 hours. After this I am able to walk with help of cane. This has been happening since the month of October. I also have swelling in my thighs that also is preventing me from walking. all this happened after a Heart cath.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can take Cefadroxyl twice daily for five days. Take Omeprazole twice a day for five days. Take Serratiopeptidase and Aceclofenac combination twice a day for five days. Get a doppler of affected site. Physiotherapy is also helpful. Massage so blood circulation can increase.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
