What Does Sharp Pain In The Temple On The Right Side Indicate?

I have a sharp pain by my right temple. It came on suddenly last Sunday. I tried Advil and now I am using Advil cold and sinus with some heat as well. They really did not help much. I had a cough and head cold two weeks ago and I thought I was over it. No fever,no chills. Should I see a doctor?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can take Cefadroxil twice daily for five days. You take Aceclofenac and Paracetamol combination two times a day for five days. If not resolved, then consult your doctor. Take ophthalmologist opinion for your eye, headache may be due to the problem in the eye.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
