What Does Sharp Pain On The Right Side Of The Temple Indicate?

Hi. My mom age is 56, she had a medical history of epilepsy which happened first at age 10 and stopped at age 35, that time gaurdinal and goroin tab was prescirbed. At 2017, Valparin chrono 300 and neupanil tab was prescribed by neuro doctor when she had seizure about 4 months ago. She took the medication for 48days(as guided by doctor) and dicontinued for 30days by herself. Now she experiences sharp and twisting pain in her right lateral side of her temple.

Two diagnosis come into my mind . one is Migraine which usually causes one sided headache second is an artery inflammation of the right temple . for both of them you need to consult a neurologist.
