What Does Shiny Skin Over The Penis Head Indicate?
Dear Doctor, I have shiny skin over penis head and daily when I pull my foreskin I am able to rub off some thin layer of skin or dirt (off white) which is like light invisible layer all over the head, but comes off like dirt on rubbing. It has slight smell too. After removing that and washing, the head becomes clean and shiny.. But same thing repeats next day. I have tried anti fungal powders but no vain, I have tried anti bacterial creams but no vain. I think this is thinning down the skin of penis head, eventually making it more sensitive. Can u please advice.

Your symptoms seem to be related to genital psoriasis.
A physical examination is needed to confirm the diagnosis.
I would recommend using an over the counter option of steroid cream.
If the symptoms continue you should take prescribed treatment by the andrologist.
