What Does Shortness Of Breath And Chest Pain Indicate?

Hi, I having today very hard time Short of breath, chest pain on my left side, BP is R -105/62 P - 49 ,L- 105/54 P 50, at about 10:30 am, At 11 am , L 105/57 P 52, R- 111/41 P55. 11:42 am R 103/56 P 65 , L 104/ 60 P 68 At 6:20 pm R106/56 P66,L 98/58 P 72, At9:51 pm, R 96/53 P 56, L 106/ 65 P 54, Now 10:18 I have short breath, pain on my L said 95/58 P= 58, L102/67 p= 58. What should I do now? Do I need go hospital ?

Hi,
I want to know-
1) Your age, gender.
2) past Medical history like presence of diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol problem, heart disease.
3) Family history of heart disease.
4) Habits like smoking.

You should visit your doctor immediately and get done clinical examination.
Following investigations are important in making diagnosis, decision making.
1) ECG
2) Cardiac enzymes like Trop T/I, CPK-MB.
3) 2DEcho of heart.

Till that time it is advisable to take antiplatelet and statin.
