What Does Shortness Of Breath And Dizziness Suggest?

Short of breath and being dizzy after 1 mile of walking. Been doing 2-21/2 m. 4 days/week 20 years. BP 126 / 68, chest x- rays neg., lung function OK, blood work. OK., non- nuclear? Stress heart test. Ok. Little better in last week or two. There is like a pressure in the upper part of my chest. Not painfall, just unpleasant and Feels like high blood pressure, if that is even what it feels like.

I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion you should not worry at all for your symptoms.
Your all investigations for cardiac and pulmonary diseases are normal. So no need to worry for major illness.
And some amount of chest tightness and pressure is normal after 1 mile of walking.
So no need to worry for these symptoms.
You may have anxiety as a cause. Because chest tightness and pressure with normal cardiac reports is characteristic feature of anxiety.
So avoid stress and tension. Be relax and calm.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
