Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been experiencing a weird feeling for as long as I can remember. I’ll be feeling fine in all aspects and suddenly I will feel as though I can’t breathe or move. I also cannot speak, and my neck often will involuntarily love. I try forcing myself to breathe to no avail. As I have gotten older these strange sensations have increased in frequency. Have you ever heard of anything similar to this? I am worried soon it will become all to frequent for me to handle.
As per your clinical history, please follow like this:
1) Do a clinical examination by your Doctor and to confirm exact pathology do few investigations like [CBC with differential and ECG].
2) If the pathological test is normal then discuss with your treating Doctor about [iron injections] per weekly along with vitamin B 12 injections.
Do follow lifestyle modifications like this-
1) Choose iron-rich foods like Red meat, Pork, Poultry, Seafood, Bean, Dark green leafy vegetables, such as Spinach, Dried fruit, such as raisins and apricots, Iron-fortified cereals, bread and pasta, etcetera.
2) Do take vitamin C regularly like Broccoli, Grapefruit, Melons, Oranges, Peppers, Strawberries, Tangerines and Tomatoes, etcetera.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
