What Does Significant Interval Regression Of The Left Upper Lung Opacities Mean?

Hello! I just want to know what is the meaning of SIGNIFICANT INTERVAL REGRESSION OF THE LEFT UPPER LUNG OPACITIES? In January 23,2016 my husband s PA and Lat views result is Consider Infectious or Inflamatory process, left upper lobe then the Doctor asked for Apicolordotic view so we did the said procedure the result is ILL-DEFINED OPACITIES MAY REPRESENT AN INFECTIOUS OR INFLAMMATORY PROCESS, LEFT UPPER LOBE . After we got the result of apicolordotic,my husband take Quadtab for 4 months then he had his PA and Apicolordotic view last May 20,2016 and the result is SIGNIFICANT INTERVAL REGRESSION OF THE LEFT UPPER LUNG OPACITIES ... I just want to know what is the meaning of this?? I will be glad if there is someone who can help me....Thank you! Godbless

The Quadtab contains 4 drug anti tuberculous regimen meant to treat tuberculosis as per the guidelines of World Health Organisation. The regression of the left upper lung opacity indicates response to tuberculosis. He must continue the prescribed doses for the prescribed period of times and be in regular follow up with his physician till complete recovery.
