Hello, Wecome to HCM Your ultrasound report is perfectly alright. Single viable fetus means a single live baby of 35 week maturity is present. Head is turned down, spine of the baby is on the right side. Other things regarding placenta and liquor is perfect. AFI means amniotic fluid index. It shows the amount of fluid present around the baby.It is adequate. No need to worry. Happy and safe pregnancy and delivery. Thank you.
