Radiologist 's  Response
Hello,

The scan shows that the baby is a normal size and weight.
The amniotic fluid is slightly low, but that is not too bad.
The cervix has reduced in length which is one of the early signs of delivery.
The baby has the head facing down and the placenta is far away.

All these features are good for a normal delivery, so yes: a normal delivery is very possible.
