What Does Sinus Arrhythmia And Abnormal ECG Mean?

Hello.
I am 23 years old, female.
Two years ago, I end up on ER after few stress situations, because of high heart pulse. This is written on on my ECG result: SINUS RYTHM WITH SINUS ARRYTHMIA, RSR(QR) IN V1/V2 CONSISTENT WITH RIGHT VENTRICULAR CONDUCTION DELAY. CANNOT RULE OUT INFERIOR INFARCT (30 MS Q WAVE IN II/AVF), PROBABLY OLD WITH POSTERIOR EXTENSION (PROMINENT R WAVE IN V1/V). ABNORMAL ECG.
Also, I must say that in last few months, sometimes, especially when I go to sleep, my pulse become high. I can't sleep on left side of body. My condition is very bad, sometimes I have feeling like my heart skips or stops and at that time, I feel weird, like something stopped pressure in my neck, like I'm gonna fall down or stop breathing. My doctor said it is all because of anxiety and stress, what is true, but they never explain me ECG results, they just said that all is ok, and gave my anti-stress pill. What does my resut mean, and should I be worried?? I am very sorry for the long post, and for my bad grammar, english is not my mother language. THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH
