What Does Sinus Arrhythmia, Precordial Repolarization Disturbance And Ischemia On ECG Mean?
I had an ECG done as part of a routine work required medical and the results show sinus arrhythmia, minor mid and left precordial repolarization disturbance, conside ischemia, LV overload or aspecific changed, small negative T in V3V4, with flat or law negative T in V5 V6. I am a 42 year old female with no health conditions aside from well managed asthma (take singular daily) heart rate is 60 bpm
It may be a normal variant / or mean a problem of the nerves or blood vessels of the heart Should be interpreted with total clinical picture Generally more investigations – HOLTER (24 to 48 hour ambulatory monitoring) / ECHOcardiogram / TMT (Treadmill exercise ECG) / LABORATORY work-up – may all be necessary for further assessment and assistance.
