What Does Sinus Rhythm And Right Axis Deviation Means?

Hi, I had a EKG and the resulted indicated EKG impression sinus rhythm and EKG IMPRESSION RIGHT AXIS DEVIATION. what does this mean? I had outpatient surgery today and they told me. They said it was OK to have surgery but I needed to have it check out.

Sinus rhythm is normal rhythm of heart.It means sinus node is giving signals at regular intervals.

Right Axis Deviation is a condition in which electrical conduction of the heart has an electrical axis greater than +90°.Slightly right axis is normal in young people.
Mostly it is a benign finding and it is not a diagnosis or disease.
ECHO can be done to rule out enlarged right ventricle which also causes right axis deviation.
