Hi
Sinus rhythm and as indicated in your report is the normal rhythm of heart beat of a normal human. i.e between 60 and 100 beats per minute

Normal p means there is no abnormality in the atrial chamber of heart.
The V rate or ventricular rate i.e heart rate is normal .

Borderline axis deviation to left and unassociated with other ECG abnormalities is not significant.

There is no significant abnormality in your EKG report.
