What Does Sinus Rhythm With First Degree AV Block And T Wave Abnormality Mean?

On a recent ECG it stated Sinus rhythm - with first degree AV block. Nonspecific T wave abornality Abnormal ECG. 3-23-11. Then another done on 5-9-11 Sinus rhythm - minimal right -precordial repolarization disturbance, consider feminine pattern flat or low negative T in V2 V3. Normal variant of ECG
