Dear friend, welcome to HCM!

Is this an automated machine interpretation or a doctor's impression?
Automated diagnoses are always seen with an expert's evaluation and clinical correlation.
It is showing a longer QT interval and repolarisation changes in infero-lateral leads which are abnormal findings .
It may occur in many conditions like electrolyte disturbances like a low calcium, drug effects, blood supply disturbances to the heart (ischemia), high blood pressure, age related changes and may be non specific.
Please see your cardiologist for these findings who will evaluate you in detail and advise the correct course.
Take care and please keep me informed of your progress.
Good Luck!
I hope to have answered your query satisfactorily.
Thank you!
