What Does Slightly Complex Ovarian Cyst With Septation Means?

I'm 30 years old and had an ultrasound last Monday that showed a slightly complex ovarian cyst with septation and cyst within a cyst. I have had almost constant abdominal pain for the past 2 weeks, and a feeling of pressure in the past few days. Friday the pain spread to my legs, and I also had some lower back pain. I've been running a low grade fever, about 99.3, which is extremely rare for me. I have an appointment with a specialist for Tuesday, but I've read that I should go to the emergency room if I have a fever. Do I need to go to the emergency room?
