What does this mean. Showed up on mri. Small circular outpouching arising from the carnivorous segment of the right internal carotid artery 2mm inferiority directed saccular outpouching arising from the inferior aspect of the left carotid terminus.

This outpouching is nothing but an early stage to develop aneurysms.

So, if you're hypertensive keep your blood pressure under control. Use vitamin C and a multivitamin to control further progression.

Please consult your neuro physician, he will examine and advice you further treatment.
