What Does Small Itchy Rash On Foot Indicate?
I noticed a small rash on the bottom of my foot. I don't know what it could be being I have never had any foot problems before. If I touch it, it itches really bad and the bumps are very little more so on the arch part on the bottom no bigger than the size of a quarter but not in circular shape. What could this be?

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to fungal infection. If you were my patient in such case i would recommend using ointments with combination of antifungal like terbinafine and corticosteroid like clobetasol. Washing foot in warm saline also will be helpful.
