What Does Soft Tissue Fullness In Left Hilum And Along Right Paratracheal Region Could Mean?
Need to know what soft tissue fullness in left hilum and along right paratracheal region could mean. I am 47 years old with no real medical history other than sinus problems and obstructive sleep apenoa. I chest xray also showed an slightly enlarged heart with pulmonary venous hypertension. Chest xray came back with pneumona and the these findngs. It has been three months and all symptons are gone expect the dry cough. It has not gotten worse it is just still linge. I do not cough when I go to bed at night.
1.The report of the x-ray was suggesting enlarged cardia with features of hypertensive. 2.There was possibility increased alveolar opacities causing the full ness or vascular fullness will be seen. 3.As the symptoms are seen normal with dry cough - you need to get an echo cardiograph to evaluate the cardiac pathology. 4.And regular BP checkup to make sure there are no hypertensive features. 5.Hila fullness can be due to vascular or alveolar opacities.
Good luck. Hope i have answered your query, any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask. http://doctor.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-ganesh/62888
