What Does Soft Tissue Tracer Distribution Is Unremarkable Mean?

I had some tests done and will meet with the doctor next week. I am not understanding doctor talk so in plain terms what does it mean for the following... 1. soft tissue tracer distribution is unremarkable? 2. Physiologic tracer is seen in the kidney and bladder. Questionable radiotracer uptake in the right intertrochanteric region which may be artifactual?

It means that there is no tracer uptake by the soft tissue , uptake of tracer indicates hyper metabolic acticvity of tissue. which may indicate either a lesion or infection .

And the normal mode of excreation of this tracer is through urine ; so the tracer found in kidneys or bladder doesnt indicate any lesion or infection .

so ur scan report doesnt indicate any pathology/disease.
