What Does Sonography Report Suggest?

My friend just got her sonography done and i have few questions on the report

what does the following mean, why this situation and what will be the consequence, what she need to do in roder to avoid:

1) no leding follicle on either side

2) partially ditended - urinary bladder

3) no FF in POD

Thanks for writing to HCM

I am trying to interpret the findings with limited information posted by you.
No leading follicle in either side is normally seen in early phase of menstrual cycle.Development of follicles in ovaries are due to hormonal changes during the menstrual cycle.During ovulation,dominant follicle ruptures and available for fertilization.
Urinary bladder is partially distended is also a normal finding.It means urinary bladder is not fully filled.
No free fluid in pouch of douglas(POD)is a normal finding.
