What Does Sore Spot In The Vagina Indicate?

Hello doctor,I ve recently just done a text for every STI/D & results come back negative. I have a sore , like of rough to the touch vagina. What could it be. Although, I ve been eating quite spicy recently & can feel the heat in my bum when I go. Could it mean the same for my v too?

Hello,

It is quite possible that spicy food consumption is usually associated with burning pain in anus and vagina, so avoid such type of spicy foods. If there is no bloody or whitish discharge from vagina and no fever then there is no need to consult gynecologist for it. Just take Omeprazole and avoid spicy foods.
