What Does Soreness Between The Bicep And Shoulder Post A Fall Indicate?

I fell facedown with my right arm above my head and landed on my elbow jamming it into the floor. It is very sore in front between the top of the bicep and the shoulder and the muscle in the back of arm. I am wondering if it could be torn rotator cuff. I lifts above my head, but not behind my back. I can reach in front of me, i can lift and carry straight down. It is not the top of the shoulder. A little to push on but can roll my shoulder frontward and backward. Have iced and try not to use much. I am sure it is difficult to diagnose without seeing but does this sound like a rot. cuff injury!?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, even if the injury is not serious still it needs to be sent for x-ray study without this nothing can be said for sure, at least clinical examination could be done, till then NSIAD can be tried hope this information helps.
