Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I would like to know whether you had any trivial trauma in the past days? Kindly get an x-ray of the foot, if there is any fracture of the tarsal bones, usually, there will be pain and swelling.

If there is any hairline fracture found, it will heal on its own, for now kindly take any painkiller medicine like Diclofenac, Tramadol, and Pethidine etcetera with the prescription.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
