What Does Soreness In The Neck Along With Headache Indicate?
What symptoms should I watch for? Last night, I stood up on my bed attempting to kill a fly that was on my ceiling, but forgot my ceiling fan was on the highest setting. It barely brushed the side of my head before I ducked to avoid further contact. Of course, my neck is sore, but I have pain that seems to be persisting and may be spreading around the back to the other side of my head. I don t like running to the doctor for every little thing...I prefer to wait things out, and usually things end up fine. What do you suggest? Sheridoodl
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Hit by ceiling fan may produce if mild force abrasion if it is severe it may cause laceration at the site of impact. I don't know how much impact you received until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.Mild impact you may take rest use painkiller medication with warm and cool compression. If it is severe you have to consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query.
