What Does Soreness In The Right Shoulder Be Treated?

My right shoulder has been a little sore for a couple of months now. I do water aerobics and have done some light weights in the past. I worked out, and not too hard I might add, Monday and ever since then my right arm hurts. My skin hurts, but there is no chaffing or rash or redness.
