Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi I am a diabetic. I have had problems with my left foot before such as Plantar fasciitis, Bone spurs etc, Now I have a sore area on the bottom of my heel. It is inflamed a little, I have been putting ice on it. Warm to the touch. Hurts like **** when I push on it or walk on it. What do you think? My foot doctor retired and I do not have another one yet. Thank you Margo Rogers
hi, I have gone through your question. In your case I would like to rule of foot infection like cellulitis or abscess secondary to injury which is common in diabetics due to sensory Neuropathy.Kindly get examined with your GP and take appropriate treatment in initial stage itself.
