What Does Sperm Count-40mil And Non Motile-30% In Semen Analysis Suggest?

Hi, Its been a year I got married and we are planning for a baby, but its not hapenning and my partner period is for 25-26 day cycle which is regular. Recently I went for semen analysis test and below is my report...plz check and let us know do i need to follow any medication for this or it is normal.. Sperrm count 40mil Active 40% Sluggish 30% Nonmotile 30% Normal forms 70% Abnormal 30%... Pus cells. Plenty Epithelial cells nil Rbc 8_10 hpf Others nil

Your sperm count is normal. However since it contains pus cells plenty, it is better to do a culture and sensitivity test for your seminal fluid. If there is any evidence of infection from culture, you can be treated with appropriate antibiotic. Otherwise no need for concern. If both of you are below the age of 25 years you can wait for another 6 months for natural conception. If no conception occurs after 6 months also, your wife has undergo certain investigations such as hormone assays and ultra sonography of abdomen. If both of you are above the age of 25 it is better to investigate your wife now itself.
