What Does Sperm Count 55 Million Suggest In Semen Report?

Hi All i have done my semen test Colour :- greayish White 88 Semen Analyaisis Alkalaine 7.2-7.8 Volume 2 ml Liquication time 30 mins Sperm count 55 Milion Motile : 40 % Sluggish 30 % Imotile :- 30 % Pu Cel 8-10/HPF Morphology 10 %Can u tell me whn can i become father pleade

Thanks for writing to us

Your semen analysis report suggests infection.
Infection is indicated by the presence of pus cells in semen. Normally there shouldn't be any pus cells in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI.
You need antibiotics for infection.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed depending upon culture and sensitivity report of semen.

Sperm count is normal,it should be at least 20 millions/ml.Your sperm count is 55 millions/ml and this normal.
Sperm morphology is also normal.

You can try for pregnancy after control of infection.It may take 10 days for control of infection.
