male,age 30, i did a semen analysis test yesterday the report shows the following results volume 3.0ml,sperm count-48million, rapid progressive motility 70 %, normal forms- 75%,pus cell 10-12 hpf. is pus cell a problem.wat can be done.plz suggest dr.

Pus cells may be a due to contaminated sample. The count and motility are well within the normal range as per this report your fertility will not be affected.
