I have a quick “ bee sting like” sensation in my right lower calf and then suddenly afterward in my lower back very second like duration. Two nights ago I was awakened by an electric shock like or bee stinging sensation and profuse sweating on my chest. I’m on no meds 68 yr old woman
As per your description of symptoms and age, probability is of Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT). And chest pain can be due to formation of embolus from thrombosis of leg vein.
My suggestion is to consult surgeon, who will advise you to do Doppler imaging of leg veins that will be confirmatory for DVT. My advice is to consult surgeon as early as possible, as your condition seek early treatment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
