What Does Stomach Cramp With Mood Swings And Backache Indicate?
Hi, am really stressed as I just did ICSI on 2nd Dec, 2 days ago did pregnancy test but was negative. I waited 48hrs and did another this morning but also negative.
I have stomach cramps,hot flushes,mood swings,lower backache,feeling dizzy,headaches and excessive thirst. But no breast tenderness. What could be the issue and what would you advice?

Do an urgent ultrasound examination of whole abdomen to rule out any cause, wait for another week for repeat test.
