Lab tests should be analyzed with clinical correlation. In purview of this it will be helpful if you could give a brief history of presenting illness and the reason for getting the test done - such as constitutional symptoms. From what you've mentioned it can be extrapolated that the child has/had acute diarrhea with dehydration. Now there is presence of carbohydrates in stools suggesting an inborn error of metabolism due to intestinal enzyme defect. Please take your son to a pediatrician for further evaluation and effective management.
