What Does Subdural Effusions Overlying Bilateral Frontotemporal Convexities Suggest?

1 year old baby. During birth had fit due to complicated delivery. On ventilator for 7 days. Doctor suggested Mri. Have done 2 Mri - one at 3 months and second at 1 year of age. No fits to baby since birth but milestones are 3 months backward only. In age of 1 year he can sit himself but cannot walk. 1st Mri investigation- Subdural effusions overlying bilateral frontotemporal convexities. Just prominent supratentorial ventricular system. 2nd Mri investigation - Slightly prominent both lateral ventricles and bi frontal sulcal space. No significant brain parenchymal abnormality seen.
