I would like to know the interpretation of my Radiographic Report Ill-defined opacity superimposed in the osseous structures noted in the left lung apex. The rest of the lung fields are clear. The trachea is in the midline. The heart is not enlarged. The pulmonary vessels are within normal limits, Both hemidiaphragms are distinct. There is a mild curvature of the thoracic spine. Hi,

If these are osseus then get your MRI done to find out the exact cause. However, this is the most common site for tuberculosis and aspergillosis.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jaideep Gaver, Orthopedic Surgeon
