What Does Swelling And Redness Around The Vagina Indicate?

I have really bad hemroids and some type of rash that has spread to the outside of my vagina i have a little bit of discharge when i pee its a whitish i thought i had a yeast infection but i took medicine for that and my vagina is still swollen and red around the opening i have no bumps or leasions so could this still be an std or what?
