General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, my name is Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi. I understand your concern.
Most swollen glands under the skin are not cause for concern. The glands on either side of the neck,or behind the ears commonly swell when you have a cold, sore throat or an ear infection.
Anyway to be sure you need to see an otorinolaringologyst or an infectionist to confirm the diagnose of the infection and to treat it.
Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help!
Regards,
Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi
