My 18 year old grandson has a a swollen lymph node under his arm for 5 weeks. A swollen area on the side, just below his rib cage, a on and off low grade fever. - pain in the middle of his chest from the sternum ti just above his belly( pain in his chest has been for a week) and is very tired all the time. Went to the doctor a week ago and had a CT Scan, blood work and X-ray. All came back normal. Very worried. Still pain in his chest and all the symptoms above.

Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely costochondritis. Applying anti inflammatory gels containing NSAIDs like ketoprofen or diclofenac, methylsalicylate and capsaicin will be helpful. Thanks.
