Thank you. My brother had back surgery 11.15.17--he came home from the hospital 11.19.17---starting early this morning his ankles started to swell--the swelling has moved up his legs to his thighs...we have a call into the doctor....any ideas of what may be causing this?

You can take Aceclofenac and Paracetamol tab twice a day for 5 days. You can take Rabeprazole tab twice a day for 5 days. Apply Diclofenac spray on affected site. Apply warm water bag on affected site. If not resolved, then consult your orthopedic surgeon. Do X-ray of affected part and physiotherapy.
