What Does Swelling In The Calves And Feet Indicate?
I am a 58yr old female, smoker with hypothyroidism taking synthyroid .150mcg daily. Lately my calf s are swollen and my feet and a kles are red with pins and needles. Also my right big toe has numbness, pins and needles and pain when I where a,closed shoe on that foot, e,except forva sneaker with a high toe box any ideas?

You have mentioned in history about red and swollen calf. For that, deep vein thrombosis should be ruled out. Color Doppler investigation is useful for that.
Check calcium level, sugar level as well. Mention your TSH value to check whether drug effectively working or not.
