What Does Swelling In The Calves, Ankles And Feet Indicate?

I am having really bad swelling in my calves, ankles and feet. Even when I first get out of bed. It starts out as a feeling that my skin is too small and tight then later it gets to the point that the tops of my feet make it pretty painful to walk or get shoes on. I take, Advil (6 pills more or less per day, Geodon 40mgs, gabapentin 1600mg per day,, cloazapam 2mg, lamotrigine 100mgs, Bupropion Hcl XL 150mgs, Trazadone 50mg, diphenhydra mine chi 25mgs per day. I have not had this problem before except when I was on Zyprexa for 1 week. I have been taking all the meds, newest is Geodone generic, and have not had this daily problem. What do you think?
